2-Day Wedding Package
Come celebrate your special day with us!
This package allows:
Access to the venue from 9am of the first day until 9pm the following day
Access to the grand barn, patio space, scenic gazebo, bridal suite and groom's den, pond overlook, sound system, on-site parking, and guest bathrooms
For a party of 0-50- $4,500
For a party of 51-150 - $5,000
This package is for weddings planned for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Cleanup must be concluded by 10pm
Weekday Wedding Package
Book on a weekday and save!
This package allows:
Access to the venue from 9am-9pm
Access to the grand barn, patio space, scenic gazebo, pond overlook, sound system, on-site parking, and guest restrooms
For a party of 0-50 - $2,000
For a party of 51-100 - $2,500
For a party of 101-150 - $3,000
This package is for weddings planned on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. This rental is for one day access to the property.
Cleanup must be concluded by 10pm
Photography Session
Not looking to book a wedding? Want the stress of photos dealt with before the wedding date?
We would love to see you for a photography shoot!
Your choice of scenery; a beautiful pond, magical natural forest, the rustic grand barn, or even a backdrop of friendly farm animals!
Whatever the feel of your photoshoot, we guarantee we have the perfect backdrop for you to fall in love with.
No occasion is too small to capture beautiful memories.
One price covers the entire party - $25/hour
Event Package
Not looking for a wedding? Rent the Barn hourly.
This package allows:
Access to all areas of the venue (grand barn, patio space, scenic gazebo, pond overlook, on-site parking) as well as the built-in amenities (sound system, guest bathrooms) throughout the duration of the rental.
$150/hour with a 3 hour minimum
Setup and cleanup are expected to be organized by renters. Reach out with any questions regarding hourly event rental!

Bridal & Groom Suite
The property has both a bridal suite and a groom den. Each space can be rented out by the parties. Both suites are included in the 2-day wedding package. For the weekday wedding package, the suites can be rented for $200 each.

Overnight Stay
For both wedding packages, overnight stay can be requested. This can be the night prior, or the night of, upon communication with the owners. Only the bridal suite can be rented overnight, which is a two bedroom, two bathroom rental house.
$500 for the night

Parking Transportation
The property possesses a golf cart for the purposes of transportation to and/ or from the designated guest parking area in the adjacent field to the venue. Golf cart rental, which will be operated by designated venue personnel only for safety reasons, can be purchased for $50 per hour. This rental can be split between arrival and departure time. (Ex. 1 hour can be purchased for arrival transportation, and 1 hour for departure)

Chairs and Tables
Setup
White tables and chairs are included already in both venue rental packages. Couples and vendors are allowed to arrange the venue-owned tables and chairs themselves during their contracted rental duration, or let us take care of the work for you! For the chairs and tables to be set up ahead of time, you can choose to pay $150.

Lawn Games Package
Guests are permitted to use all of the following lawn games:
- Extra Large Connect Four
- Cornhole
- Ring Toss
- 9 Hole Golf Game (clubs, balls, holes and markers)
